Happy Bidding from Crossroads Estate Liquidation Services, LLC! We want you to be happy with your purchases and our service. Before doing so please review our Guidelines, Terms and Conditions.

By registering to bid on any sale you (the bidder) agree to our Guidelines as well as our Terms & Conditions listed below in addition to any additional terms per individual sale.

Crossroads Estate Liquidation Guidelines

We will be fair and honest with our buyers and clients. We expect the same in return. If there is an issue we will work it out. Any issue that cannot be worked out between the seller and the buyer will be handled by our Licensed Auction Firm Manager. 

A bid is a legal binding agreement. If you don’t intend to honor your bid please don’t place one.

Our pickup locations vary, please pay attention to the sale location and make sure you are able and willing to be at the subscribed pickup time. Many of our sales are estates and only scheduled for a single day pickup!

Crossroads Estate Liquidation Terms & Conditions

Bidder Information:

Buyers Contract: A bid is a legal binding contract. Buyers are responsible for honoring their purchases and payment, is expected in full before leaving the premises with your items. If you fail to pay for your items, your bidding privileges' are suspended until all unpaid invoices are paid even if cannot pick up your items payment is still expected and items are forfeited.

Auction Closing Schedule: Unless otherwise noted each online auction is Absolute Auction, closes two (2) items per minute, unless a is bid made within the two (2) minutes, then the listed item will automatically be extended for an additional (2) minutes.

Bid Increments: Bid increments are as follows $1 increments up to $49.00, $5 increments up to $99.00, $15 increments up to $199.00, $20 increments up to $499.00, $50 increments up to $499.00, $100 increments anything at or above $1000.

Payment: We take EXACT Cash, Debit & Credit Cards. We do not take personal or business checks. We will add a 15% buyers premium to each invoice. This fee covers cost associated with platform and processing.

Merchandise Pick-up: Pick-up location will be posted on the winning bidder's invoice along with pick-up time. If you cannot make the pick-up time please DO NOT BID! No merchandise will be removed from a location or transferred to another location unless paid in full.

Failure to Pick-Up or Pay for Merchandise:  It is solely the responsibility of the winning bidder to know they won items, the pickup date and time. We don't remind you or make phone calls, are time is dedicated to our clients and bidders the day of pickup.  If a buyer fails to contact the Auction Supervisor or Firm Manager or fail to show up to pick up their items they will immediately lose bidding privileges. Bidding privileges will only be reinstated when the buyer pays all invoices in full whether or not the merchandise is still available to the buyer. 

Please add are email address to your contacts and or check spam folder for invoices to be sure you receive them. All invoices are sent out directly after the auction ends.

Shipping: Some items are shippable. Please refer to sale specific shipping terms within each online auction. We do charge a $10 fee per box on top of the shipping charge for all shipping. This covers cost for packaging.  Please allow 3-5 business days before your items are shipped. We don't ship out on Saturday, Sunday & Monday. At times we will drop of items at UPS for packing and shipping, this is at sole discretion of the Auction Firm Manager. UPS will then reach out to you for payment and we waive our $10 fee.  Please call before bidding if you have questions on shipping prior to bidding. We don't control shipping charges but can give you an estimate of charge.

Transfer of Merchandise: If a seller agrees to transfer an item for an alternative pick up it is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange pick-up within three (3) business days. We will not call and remind you. After ten (10) business days the items will be considered abandoned and forfeited and become the property of the seller. We may, at our discretion charge a $10.00 transfer fee per standard size box (12x12x16") for items that are transferred to our location. We will not transfer big or bulky items. Transferring is at the sole discretion of the Auction Supervisor or Auction Firm Manager.

Inspection of Merchandise: Please inspect your items closely before leaving the property, once you have left the property they are yours. We try to write the conditions to the best of our ability but there is always a matter of interpretation. Please consider and understand that many of the items we sell are estate pieces, and in used condition and will show general signs of wear. If you need additional information about an item or would like to see the piece, please contact the Auction Firm Manager or listed Supervisor for that particular sale.

Untested Merchandise: We cannot test all items, therefore, items sold as "Untested" are sold AS-IS with no warranties expressed or implied.

Use of Site: Crossroads Estate Liquidation Services, LLC , Staff and its Associate Sellers cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Crossroads Estate Liquidation Services, LLC  in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision by the Auction Firm Manager is final. 

Bidder acknowledges that all photos and descriptions are the sole property of Crossroads Estate Liquidation Services, LLC and may at no time be copied or reused without written approval from Crossroads Estate Liquidation Services, LLC. The Bidder understands that this will result in their account being immediately suspended or terminated.

Indemnification: Buyer agrees to indemnify Crossroads Estate Liquidation Services, LLC , its Affiliates, Staff or Clients for any damages or losses. Buyers will not hold Crossroads Estate Liquidation Services LLC, Auction Firm Manager, it’s Owners, Affiliates, Clients or its Staff, liable for accidents, injury, damage, illness, theft, or incidents related to this their purchase.

Buyer & buyers help or others on site with buyer during pickup assumes all risk of, any injury, damage or illness incurred by any person, property or vehicle, during or in any way arising out of entry into or upon the seller's premises for any reason including inspection of item(s) and pick up of item(s) purchased, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, medical expenses, and loss of services.
